I. Identity and domicile of the Data Controller
The Data Controller for the personal data you provide is TU ALIADO EN SALUD Y MEDICINA S.A.P.I. (hereinafter "MEDIFY") with domicile located at Av. Rio San Joaquin #498, Ampliación Granada. Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City. Mexico, 11529.
II. Personal data and sensitive personal data processed by MEDIFY
In order to provide you with our services, MEDIFY will collect and process identification data, contact data, location data, personal data on physical characteristics, financial data, and sensitive health data.
We inform you that the purpose of processing your sensitive personal data is for MEDIFY to provide the contracted service. We commit to treating your data under strict security measures, always guaranteeing its confidentiality.
Furthermore, we inform you that for personal data you provide regarding third parties, it is presumed that you have their authorization to provide it to us.

MEDIFY will process your personal data for the following primary purposes:
- To provide you with all services and carry out all activities necessary for the preparation of the requested studies. Consequently, to generate a file containing the medical history of the services provided;
- To communicate information related to the requested services.
- For sending and/or delivering your results derived from the services provided.
- To share your data with third-party payers in general or with whomever they request.
- For MEDIFY's client administration.
- For generating reports on the services provided by MEDIFY.
- For payment management, whether direct or through processors and/or various payment and billing methods derived from the services provided by MEDIFY.
IV. Secondary purposes
Additionally, MEDIFY will use your personal information for the following purposes, which are not necessary for the service you request but allow us to provide you with better service.
- For your personal image (whether photo, video, etc.) to be used and disclosed in the creation of informational and promotional material.
- To send you promotional information about the services provided by MEDIFY, as well as upcoming events.
- For disseminating congratulations, celebrations, and special days.
- For conducting surveys and evaluations to improve the quality of the products and services we offer.
If you do not wish for your personal data to be processed for any or all of the additional purposes, you may inform us of this at any time by emailing soporte@medify.com.mx.
Refusal to use your personal data for secondary purposes will not be a reason to deny you the requested services or to terminate the relationship established with us.
V. Transfers. MEDIFY may transfer your personal data to fulfill the necessary purposes described above, or others legally required or by competent authorities.

ARCO Rights and/or revocation of consent: You or your legal representative may exercise any of the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition, also known as ARCO rights, as well as revoke your consent for the processing of your data, by contacting us via email at soporte@medify.com.mx.
VII. Limitation and/or Disclosure of your data: You may limit the use or disclosure of your personal data by sending a request via email to soporte@medify.com.mx. If your request is granted, you will be registered in the list that MEDIFY maintains for this purpose.
VIII. Changes to the Privacy Notice: MEDIFY will notify you of any changes to its privacy notice through its website http://www.medify.com.mx, or through dissemination channels via printed media where it is published.
