The 24-hour urine total estrogen test measures the concentration of these hormones in a 24-hour urine sample. We use the Chemiluminescence (C.M.I.A.) technique to ensure accurate and reliable results.
Collect all urine voided over a 24-hour period in a suitable container. At the end of the period, mix well and take a 10 mL aliquot for analysis. It is important to indicate the total volume of urine collected.
