The catecholamine profile measures adrenaline, noradrenaline, and dopamine concentrations in urine, which is crucial for diagnosing and monitoring nervous and endocrine system disorders. We use the Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) technique to ensure accurate and reliable results.
Collect 24-hour urine acidified with 6M HCl, a 20 mL aliquot. Indicate the total volume of urine collected. The sample is stable for 48 hours at 2-8 ˚C, or frozen for up to 6 months.
