The plasma catecholamine profile measures the concentrations of adrenaline, noradrenaline, and dopamine, as well as total catecholamines. This analysis is crucial for diagnosing and monitoring nervous and endocrine system disorders, including pheochromocytoma and other neuroendocrine tumors. We use the Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) technique to ensure accurate and reliable results. This test is essential for patients experiencing symptoms such as severe hypertension, palpitations, or behavioral changes that may be related to catecholamine imbalances.
