Collect morning urine in a dark, preservative-free container. Discard the first void and collect the remainder for 2 hours. Please indicate the total volume. Collection should be completed before 10:00 am. Avoid contamination with red blood cells and bilirubin, and prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
